  • Classification: Major
  • Division: Boys and Girls, ages 12-18
  • Field Size: 78
  • Format: 54 Holes, Stroke-play
  • Entry Criteria: AJGA PBE Status and Official JGTA Tie Breaks
  • Entry Fee: USD $295
  • Status: Junior Order of Merit | Major-level status

  • The JGTA will stop receiving applications submitted after 11:59 pm Hong Kong Time on Tuesday, October 8.


  • Payment Deadline: 11/10/2019 11:59 pm
  • Players who have earned tentative entry into the Tournament will have until 11:59 pm Hong Kong Time to make payment to secure entry into this event.
  • Monday, October 28 - Player & Parents Meeting: 1:30 pm- 2:30 pm
  • JGTA will host a Player and Parents meeting in Meeting Room 1 located on the 1st floor of the clubhouse for all tournament participants, parents/coaches to discuss important topics including: Playing the JGTA, College Golf, Local Rules and more. Attendance is mandatory.
  • Monday, October 28 - Official Practice Round: 7:00 am shotgun
  • The JGTA will assign starting holes and pairings to players prior to the 27th. There will be two shuttles leaving the official hotels at 5:20 am to assist in traveling to the course.
  • Please contact playerservices@jgta.org if you are unable to participate in the official practice round before October 23. Note: No additional practice rounds will be available on Monday, October 28.

  • Monday, October 28 - Player Registration: 5:40 am - 6:40 am
  • An additional Registration opportunity will be held following the official practice round from 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm. Players must check-in with JGTA staff in the Clubhouse Lobby on Monday, October 28. Late arrival players may register anytime while JGTA staff is present in the Tournament Office before 4:00 pm.

  • Monday, October 28 - Player & Parents Meeting: 1:30 pm- 2:30 pm

  • Tuesday, October 29 - Long Drive Contest
  • The JGTA will host a long drive competition on Tuesday, October 29 at the at The Bluffs Ho Tram Strip. Players can join JGTA staff at the driving range following their first round to compete in the long drive contest. On Thursday, the finalists will be invited to compete in the final competition for the chance to win a TaylorMade Driver.

  • Thursday, October 31 - Awards Ceremony: 3:00 pm - 3:30 pm
  • The awards ceremony will take place immediately following the conclusion of play. If booking travel on day of final round please take into consideration possible weather delays that could affect your arrangements.

  • Zhuhai Golden Gulf Golf Club was founded in 2003, and quickly arose through the ranks of becoming one of the top golf venues in Southern China. Since its’ opening in 2003, Zhuhai Golden Gulf Golf Club has been honored as one of Southern China’s elite golf venues. It was named “China’s Best New Club” in 2003, in 2007, it was named “Top Ten Club in South China” and in 2012 and 2015 it was named “The Most Popular South Course”. Zhuhai Golden Gulf Golf Club has hosted a number of professional events including two China Tour events. While the venue has 27 championship holes, JGTA stars will be competing on the Troon Nine and the Nairn Nine.

  • Airports: Zhuhai Jinwan Airport (ZUH), approx. 20 minutes. to Zhuhai Golden Gulf Golf Club. Macao International Airport (MFM), approx. 1 hour from Zhuhai Gongbei Port to Zhuhai Golden Gulf Golf Club.
