JGTA will stop receiving applications submitted after 11:59 pm Hong Kong Time on November 3, 2018. All Tour Card holders who submit their application after this time will be ineligible for the tournament.

Payment Deadline: 05/11/2018 11:59 pm
Players who have earned tentative entry into the Tournament will have until 11:59 pm Hong Kong Time to make payment to confirm entry into this event.

Tuesday, November 27 - Player & Parents Meeting: 5:00 pm
JGTA will host a Player and Parents meeting in the Clubhouse for all tournament participants, parents/coaches to discuss important topics including: Playing the JGTA, College Golf, Local Rules and more. Attendance is mandatory.

Tuesday, November 27 - Official Practice Round: All Day
Players may play an Official Practice Round anytime on Tuesday, November 27.
Tee-times for Official Practice Rounds are on a first-come first-serve basis. Players are required to check-in with the starter when they are ready to play their Practice Round. Tee-times for Official Practice Rounds may not be reserved in advance.

Tuesday, November 27 - Player Registration: All-Day
Players must check-in with JGTA staff in the Clubhouse Lobby on Tuesday, November 27. Late arrival players may register anytime while JGTA staff is present in the Tournament Office before 4:00 pm.
