Junior All-Asia Team Honors

Introduced by the JGTA in 2017, the JGTA Junior All-Asia Teams annually recognize the junior golfers who have proven to be Asia’s top prospects for U.S. college golf.

Official team rosters are determined exclusively through the JGTA Junior Order of Merit, the official rankings of the JGTA, and the source for AJGA PBE Status in the Asia-Pacific, following the conclusion fo the JGTA season. All players named are considered to have proven their elite competitive standings through their outstanding performance in JGTA-sanctioned tournaments during the JGTA season.

The First Team consists exclusively of players who finish in the top-5 in the JGTA Junior Order of Merit standings in their respective divisions (girls or boys), and as such are recognized with the highest distinction.  Players who finish between 6th and 10th in the season standings are named to the Second Team, with Honorable Mentions going to the 11th to 15th ranked players on the JGTA Junior Order of Merit.

For finishing atop their respective divisions, the Boys and Girls JGTA Players of the Year are named Team Captains of the JGTA Junior All-Asia Team.
